Kidz Play Centre Rules

  1. All children must be accompanied and supervised by their parent/carer at all times during their visit. Parents/carers are responsible for both the behaviour of children in their care and for assessing their child’s ability to use the play equipment.
  2. Whilst every possible effort has been made to provide the safest environment for your children, Kidz Play Ltd cannot be held responsible for accidents that occur as a result of playing on the play equipment.
  3. Every child and parent/carer visiting the centre is signed in, and signed out, by the Receptionist and enters and exits through our security gate system. In addition, a CCTV system is in operation 24 hrs per day throughout the premises. We abide by the legal requirements for checking the backgrounds of adults working with children.
  4. Should an accident occur, however minor; please report it to the Receptionist immediately. A qualified First Aider is on duty at all times.
  5. Staff who are monitoring children at play, have the right to promote positive play and will report any child causing a disturbance to the Duty Manager who will take action as appropriate.
  6. Staff are committed to providing customers with an effective and efficient service, carried out in a polite, friendly, helpful and respectful manner. In return, our staff have the right to be treated with respect from customers. Aggressive behaviour of any nature directed towards any of our employees will not be tolerated and appropriate action will be taken.
  7. If your child is attending a party and you are not waiting within the Centre, your child is the responsibility of the parent of the party child.
  8. Siblings of children attending a party will be required to pay the normal admission price if they wish to play on the equipment for the duration of the party.
  9. No adults will be admitted to the Centre unless they are with children playing in the Centre.
  10. Admission to the Centre is available on a first come, first served basis. We are unable to reserve tables for customers.
  11. Only food and drinks purchased from our Café may be consumed on the premises. No food and drinks are allowed within the play areas.
  12. We recommend that children wear long sleeved tops and bottoms whilst using the play equipment.
  13. No jewellery or dressing up accessories should be worn by children whilst using the play equipment.
  14. No shoes should be worn while using the play equipment and, in the interests of hygiene, socks must be worn at all times.
  15. Children should not use the equipment if they are unwell. If your child vomits or has diarrohea whilst visiting the Centre, you will be asked to leave. A free admission voucher for use on a return visit will be given at the discretion of the Duty Manager.
  16. No smoking is allowed on the premises at any time.
  17. Kidz Play does not accept liability for any loss of personal belongings whilst visiting the Centre.
  18. Height and age restriction of age 11 or 5ft 2” (whichever is the greater) must be adhered to.

Admission Prices

Normal admission prices are £4.20 per child Monday - Friday and £5.00 per child on weekends and school/bank holidays.

There is no charge for adult and non-walking babies.
